INFOSESSION | Tuesday 4 October 2016 | 09:30 - 11:00 | KPMG study on the impact of regulation, tax and economic challenges for the Belgian banking sector

We are pleased to invite you to the information meeting on the impact of regulation, tax and economic challenges for the Belgian banking sector, which will take place on October 4, 2016.

These last few years, most banks and companies have been getting used to new regulations, low interest rates and high taxes. What does this all mean?
What are the consequences for the banking sector?

KMPG has taken a closer look at those questions in its study on the impact of regulation, tax and economic challenges.

It has become clear from this study that Belgian banks have been doing well these last three years when it comes to capital buffers, profitability and liquidity. By 2019 however, they will have to take measures if they want to safeguard their profitability and keep up an adequate solvency and liquidity level.

This meeting is a perfect opportunity to get a better grasp of the conclusions put forward in the study.
